The healthcare facility was established in 2013 from the merger of the professional practices of Respiratory Diseases of Dr. Salvatrice Puglisi and of Odontostomatology and Oral Surgery of Dr. Giovanni Scalisi, active in Riposto since 1992.

The Dental Clinics, directed in particular by Dr. Giovanni Scalisi, are specialized in the treatment of complex patients and those with various comorbidities (cardiac patients, neurological patients, and people with disabilities). The use of specific IT technologies in the dental field (3D digital impression and digital planning in implant surgery) make the Dental Clinics a highly specialized reference point in the geographical area. In particular, the specialist area of Implant Surgery has always been at the forefront in the use of scientifically validated protocols for minimally invasive implant therapy.
