DIRECT AGREEMENTS
The direct agreement provides for the direct payment, full or partial (deductible), of the service in favor of the beneficiary by the insurance or mutual fund.
- For Fasi, Faschim, Fasi Open: it is sufficient to show up with an identification card or POSITION CODE to verify insurance coverage and any required medical request.
- For Fasdac: it is sufficient to provide your first and last name at reception.
- For all other agreements: book the service at Polispecialistico CarSil, then contact your insurance's Operations Center and communicate the date of the newly scheduled appointment.
The insurance will confirm the coverage of the booked service and any amount at your expense (deductible), the possible need for a medical request and will send an authorization (acceptance of responsibility) to Polispecialistico CarSil, which is essential to apply the direct agreement.
